Here are a few of my go-to healthy snack ideas that will satisfy your sweet-tooth, nourish your body, AND kick your cravings to the curb:
π Berries and Coconut Cream
This combo makes for a super yummy and healthy sweet treat. Just pair full-fat unsweetened coconut milk with a splash of vanilla and top with some of your favorite berries!
π Homemade Energy Bites/Granola Bars
You only need a handful of ingredients to make these tasty little treats. Just place almonds, dates, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a food processor and enjoy!
π Coconut Yogurt
One of the easiest yogurts you can make. Add a splash of vanilla to some coconut cream, beat, top with berries, and done!
π Chocolate Avocado Pudding
This is the healthiest pudding option, especially if you’ve got little ones. Just whip some avocado together, add some cocoa powder, refrigerate and serve once it’s chilled.
π Pitted Dates w/Almond Butter
Dates are rich in fiber, magnesium, vitamin B6, and iron. When you dip them in butter, youβve got yourself the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.
This is so common and the best way to gain control of those kind of cravings once and for all is to increase your whole food nutritional intake. I always recommend adding in the recommended 9-13 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
