When you are living at your best: the strongest, healthiest version of you mentally, physically, spiritually and socially – you can give your best to others. 

My Work as a high performance coach takes a holistic approach looking at, how are you living your life?

What would it be like to step out of the hurry and stress of the hustle and step into high performance? To experience success that is more sustainable, filled with intention, joy, purpose and fulfillment?

 

 

 

 

It starts with these 5 things:

  4. Healthy & High Performance habits
  5. Social support 

That’s where Align + Elevate Coaching comes in.

  1. I help you create clarity around what areas in your life need focus & attention & growth in a way that will align with your identity : the core of who you are and how you live. and core values: things in life that matter most to you. 
  2. We continually evaluate where you may need to set some clear boundaries to protect your priorities and values.
  3. Coaching is a built in social support system as a key component of my Group Coaching Program, The Elevated Experience. There is tremendous value in learning from and leaning on others on similar pursuits.
  4. I walk my clients through a very specific process to master their mindset – the root of everything we think & do.
  5. With an end goal of establishing clear health & high performance habits  – so you can take back control of your life and just feel better. Better physically and mentally, with more energy and joy – more productivity, courage and confidence so you can experience more fulfillment in your lives as a whole – not just in your work.

 

The first step I take with my Align + Elevate Coaching clients is to do an overall  LIFE AREAS ASSESSMENT. You simply rate each of your life areas on a scale of 1-10:  health, lover, family/friends, mission, finances, hobby, and spirit.

Are you living at your best in each of these areas? Typically  when we are working in the hustle we are sacrificing in one or more areas for the sake of achieving in another. Life feels very out of balance. Because, it is. This is ok, for certain seasons in time. But, its not a healthy or  sustainable way  to live. Chances are you are out of alignment in one or more areas of your life.

 

WHAT IS ALIGNMENT ?

To me, to work in Alignment is when your ambitions and your actions align with 2 things:

1. Your MINDSET: your psychology, the way you think your thoughts and beliefs to include:

      • Your Identity: the core of who you are and how you live. WHY you do the things you do.
      • Your Core Values : things in life that matter most to you 

 

2. Your HABITS: health/physiological habits, productivity habits, and performance habits.

 

We struggle when we try to operate with any or all of these out of alignment in any area of our life.

Do you ever feel like “something is off”, or you feel like you’re spinning your wheels and getting nowhere?

When you feel like you are living and working in alignment with your best, highest self-  I bet you feel more engaged, more fulfilled, in a state of JOY your energy is high, you’re having fun, and you’re confident in who you are and what you’re doing. And most importantly, why you’re doing it. In alignment is where we work in a state of flow. 

A high performer actually feels like they are fully engaged in and FULFILLED by what they are doing. They have a lot of JOY and bring a lot of joy to what they’re doing. They strive, but with courage and confidence. 

High performers are more successful than their peers yet they are less stressed, because they are living and working in alignment. They aren’t neglecting important life areas for the sake of succeeding in just one or two.

What high performers do differently, is they actively and intentionally  seek breakthroughs through training, coaching or  mentoring to support living and working in this way.
