My journey to true wellness started out of a personal mission to overcome my own health struggle after growing up riddled with digestive issues, chronic pain, inflammation
and not feeling good in my own skin.

Jacqi has been a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach working with clients since 2005 in both 1:1, small group, and virtual settings. This includes working as a independent contractor for organizations such as the YMCA , private clubs, military and city fitness facilities as well as operating her own private practice and bootcamps. She has worked with a range from young to mature men, women and children, military members, new moms, and young athletes all with highly individual goals, limitations and experiences.
With educational degrees in psychology and sociology Jacqi specializes in helping others understand basic human behavior change. With an emphasis on the role of mindset in motivation and goal-setting she helps create long-term changes through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that will have the greatest impact on overall health and well-being. Jacqi specializes is taking a holistic approach to helping clients realize true wellness. She credits her ability to help client's identify and overcome typical self-sabotage behavior as a key to helping clients succeed.
