After your initial consult and goal planning session Jacqi will create a plan and compile a variety of resources as a part of a personalized package just for you.
 You can choose between a Move Plan, Nourish Plan or both - or even create a comprehensive Live Plan to include it all and more.

Together, you'll also determine the level of coaching support and accountability you'd most benefit from during your implementation phase of the process.
Again, that will all be custom to your needs.

Coaching & Consults

All plans require one initial coaching consult.
You will fill out an initial assessment then Jacqi will contact you for further information needed to create a personalized plan for you, your athlete, or family.
Goals, limitations, history, current lifestyle and more will be discussed to create a custom plan just for you.
